The Judicial Branch of Western Oregon University oversees ASWOU by working to make sure everyone is abiding by the ASWOU By-Laws/Constitution. Their oversight of ASWOU concerns not just all branches, but student clubs and organizations as well. If a student club or organization has violated a policy, the Judicial Branch will determine if any sanctions should be deemed necessary.

The Judicial Administrator is the head of the Judicial Branch. The 2015-2016 Judicial Administrator is Jenesa Ross. They oversee the Judicial Board, and represent the board at all Executive Cabinet and Senate meetings.. They are in charge of facilitating the Judicial Board meetings and do the preparation for the meetings. The Judicial Administrator also monitors ASWOU as a whole to ensure that ASWOU is following their By-Laws/Constitution.

ASWOU is the student government body of Western Oregon University (WOU). This organization is designed to encompass all of the students at WOU. The student government is tasked with advocating for students' rights to the WOU administration as well as the state of Oregon and the nation.
